Scholarships

The 2025 application timeline is as follows:

• March 17: Application opens
• May 16: Applications due by 6:00 PM PT
• May 17 – June 16: Applications are reviewed and finalists are contacted
• June 16 - June 18: Deadline for finalists to be contacted
• June 18 – July 3: Finalist interviews conducted
• July 10: Final ten recipients announced

Scholarships will be awarded and may be used only in accordance with Fire Family Foundation’s Scholarship Guidelines.

Instructions 

1. Download the PDF application.
2. Save to your computer.
3. Complete the application by typing your responses directly into the PDF file. If you have downloaded and saved the application to your computer, you have the ability to save and resume working on your application at your own pace.
4. Save the final PDF once your application is complete.
5. Write your essay in a separate file.
6. Complete the submission form.
7. Upload the following items as separate files: Application, Resume, School Transcript, Essay.
8. When you submit your application, you will get a notification that your application was successfully received. We will contact you after reviewing your application package.
9. If you have any questions, please email Scholarships@FireFamilyFoundation.org using the subject line “Scholarship Question — [Your Name].”

Important

Save your essay and resume as Word documents or PDF files. Other file formats, including .txt and .pages, will not be accepted. Please name your file: [LastName_FirstInitial_AttachmentType].
