Shuttle Bus Information
Shuttle Service
We will be providing shuttle buses on both Friday and Sunday for certain windows which have been determined based on when we have large groups of employees arriving and departing.
Shuttle Pickup Location (Friday, January 24th)
The shuttle bus pickup on Friday, January 24th at BNA will be at the Ground Transportation Center on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. This will be downstairs from baggage claim. We have 2 buses that will have a small sign on the front designated as “Firefighters First Credit Union.”

Dress Code
- We will observe our Friday dress code for the Welcome Reception. This means you can wear jeans.
- For Kitchen Table, we will provide you with a Credit Union long sleeve black button-down shirt to wear with jeans. Tennis shoes are acceptable and encouraged. The resort is massive so expect a lot of walking.
- Although all events will be indoors, we recommend you bring a light sweater as the rooms may be cold. As a reminder, our Appearance Policy still must be adhered to as it relates to tattoos, piercings, etc.
- For Boots & Buckles, we look forward for you to join us in Nashville/western attire. Jeans, boots and buckles, although not required, are encouraged! Here are a few examples:
