Member-to-Member Transfers

Our new and improved member-to-member transfer solution is now available within online banking. This new solution allows members to transfer funds to other members and keeps account numbers saved for faster and more convenient future transfers.

How It Works

Once you've logged into online banking you can transfer to another member by clicking on the "Transfer/Send" link in the top navigation and selecting the "Using their account number at FFCU (to another member)" option.

Add Recipients

Get started by clicking the Add a recipient link (located in the top right corner).

Enter The Recipient's Info

Next, you'll want to add the recipient's information.

  • First 3 characters of last name (Please note: business accounts use the first three letters of the name. This includes engine house accounts (ex: Engine house 51 = ENG).
  • Account Number
  • Click the "Verify Recipient" button
  • On the next screen you can add an "Account Nickname" (for your records)
  • Click the "Add Recipient" button to finalize

Moving Money To Another Member

After successfully adding a recipient to your account, you can begin the online transfer process. To do this, click the "Transfer/Send" link in the top navigation and select the "Using their account number at FFCU (to another member)" option. You'll notice that the Recipient's information is now visible in the To drop down list.

• Select the account you wish to move funds "From"
• Select the Recipient using the "To" drop down list
• Enter the amount of money you would like to transfer

Click the Make Transfer button when you are ready to send.

Confirm the transaction, or cancel if the information looks incorrect.

Sign Up for Online Banking

Ready to sign up for OnLine Banking? Follow these instructions or give us a call at 800.231.1626

  • Log in to Online Banking at the top of the page by using your member number and the last four digits of your SSN, or if it is a business, the last four digits of your tax ID as your temporary password. You will be prompted to change your PIN through this process.
  • Confirm personal account information and accept the disclosure agreement.
  • Create a secure Username and Password for OnLine Banking.
  • Verify your identity by receiving and entering your One Time Passcode.
  • Select "Yes, register my private computer" if you are using a private home computer, or "No, this is a public computer" if using a public or shared computer (work, library, internet café).
  • Keep your personal User Name and Password private and confidential for future use.
